In prep for this year’s Art Fight, I will be making a new request journal for some warm ups! My old casual request journal was essentially untouched for around 2 or so years (which I imagine have been equally eventful for everyone involved), so I frankly doubt most of the people who commented on it even remember it’s there. All things considered, I have decided to start fresh with a brand new request journal. With that out of the way, I‘ll go ahead and explain what I mean by casual requests: Casual requests are requests that I do in my free time when I please and as I please to do so. That is, if I ever just feel like drawing free art for someone, I will draw it off of a comment under this journal. Requests are never guaranteed to be granted and are not first-come-first-serve. Whichever requests happens to catch my eye at any given time will be the ones I pick. I will also be the one to decide the nature of the drawing, I.e. whether it be a rendered full-body or a headshot sketch,
